The application for suspension of sentence has been repeated third time on the submission that though the appellant had undergone long period of jail sentence, till date the appeal has not been heard. 2. From perusal of orders dated 11.05.2023 and 22.11.2024, we find that though the appeal was listed for hearing, but there was no representation made from the side of the appellant and, therefore, on account of non-appearance of the counsel for the appellant, the appeal could not be heard.
