1. This criminal revision has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:
“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to exercise its inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. and in exercise thereof call for the records, if RAHUL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by RAHUL DEWANGAN
2 necessary, admit the petition and after hearing parties in the matter quash the order dated 31.08.2021 passed by the Ld. Family Court, Raigarh in Criminal MJC Case No. 35/2020, between Dolly Sharma vs. Ritesh Sharma, and in effect allow the application filed by the Petitioner under section 91 of Cr.P.C., and/or pass such other orders in favour of the Petitioner as this Hon'ble Court may deem it fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

From the CIS report of the learned trial court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding the disposal of MJC Criminal Case No. 35/2020, it appears that the said case has already been disposed of by the learned Family Court, Raigarh, District Raigarh (C.G.), vide order dated
30.11.2020.
3. In view of the above, the instant CRMP stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Sd/-
