3. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the case at dispute relates to some documents as regards a property and the investigation of the matter is being conducted in a very fair and impartial manner. He further submits that the petitioner has not been able to show as to how he is alleging the conduction of investigation to be in an unfair and partial manner.
4. Having considered the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor, without there being any cogent evidence to support the allegation and further upon appreciation of the petitioner’s contention that the investigation of the case is not being conducted in a fair and impartial manner, this Court cannot hold that the investigation of the case is being done in an unfair manner. However, looking at the period of investigation, this Court would like to direct the Investigating Officer to conclude the investigation and submit its conclusion report before the concerned Magistrate at the earliest.
5. Accordingly, the present criminal misc. petition is disposed of.
6. Pending application, if any, also stand disposed of.
