The limited submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner in the present writ petition that the petitioner made a representation to the respondent No.1 for her transfer from Kabirdham to Bilaspur on the ground of her personal difficulties. 2 25.09.2024 and 23.05.2025 (Annexure P/7), but till date her representations have not been considered. Therefore, the authorities concerned may be directed to take a decision on her representations dated 25.09.2024 and 23.05.2025 (Annexure P/7) within the stipulated time frame.
2. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has no objection, if such a direction is being made to the authorities concerned to take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within the stipulated time frame.
3. Considering the limited submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to take a decision on the pending representations of the petitioner dated 25.09.2024 and 23.05.2025 (Annexure P/7), within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law, on its own merits.
4. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order within two weeks from today to the respondent authorities.
