Case No. 77 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 111, 318(2) 318(3), 318(4), 319(2), 336(2), 336(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and 66(B), 66(C) and 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi. 3. On 04.07.2025, Cyber Police, CID, Ranchi on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled in Olive Garden Restaurant, Hawai Nagar, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner along with co-accused persons. On search, one mobile phone is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that no victim has come forward to claim that the mobile phone which was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, was used in cheating anyone. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi in connection with Cyber Crime P.S.
