It appears that the interim order passed by this Court on 28.11.2025 has been affirmed by the Division Bench of this Court on 22.04.2026 in MAT/71/2026. 2. The interim order was to the extent that the Administration should release its share of 95% of pay and allowances of the petitioner. 3. Mr. Gopala Binnu Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client has received all arrears of salary. 4. The respondent shall continue to pay the salary subject to any proceeding is being taken against the Managing Committee, in accordance with law. 5. With the leave reserved to the respondents, as contained in the order of the Division Bench dated 22.04.2026 (supra), WPA/567/2025 shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs. 6.
