IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI A.B.A. No. 5355 of 2025 Mahesh Prasad, son of Sarju Mahto, aged about 33 years, resident of Barkangango, P.O. & P.S. Barkattha, District- Hazaribagh, Jharkhand … Petitioner -Versus- The State of Jharkhand … Opposite Party ----- CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR DWIVEDI ----- For the Petitioner : Mr. Santosh Kumar, Advocate For the State : Mr. Sunil Kumar Dubey, A.P.P. ----- 04/07.10.2025 This matter has been listed today on the mention slip of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2. It has been pointed out that the petitioner is the owner-cum-driver of the pick-up van, however, in the Order No.03, dated 15.09.2025, it has been typed that the petitioner is the owner of the pick-up van and that has occurred in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of the said order. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that it appears that it has occurred inadvertently and that fact has been disclosed in this anticipatory bail application. 4. Inadvertently that has occurred and in view of that, let it be read as “the petitioner is the owner-cum-driver of the pick-up van” in place of “the petitioner is the owner of the pick-up van” in Order No.03, dated 15.09.2025. 5. Order No.03, dated 15.09.2025 is modified to the above effect. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated: 7th October, 2025 Ajay/
