Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "(i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent concern to ensure from providing the payment of entire service beneficiaries to the petitioner as G.P.F., G.L.I.C., Family Pension according the post of Professor (Academic Level 14) in accordance with law within a stipulated period. (ii) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent concern to take attention on the representation of the petitioner dated 11-9-2023 and last reminder dated 10-3-2025 in accordance with law. (iii) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent concern to pay the amount of total service beneficiaries to the petitioner with interest." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed a representation before the respondent no.2 on 11.9.2023 and 10.3.2025, however till date, no order has been passed. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that representation of the petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby provided that the respondent no.2-The Director of Education (Higher Education), U.P. at Prayagraj shall decide the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order. 6.
