The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 23.10.2019 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 16714 of 2019. A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the contempt application does not show that there is any willful disobedience of the order of the writ Court. Apart from the aforesaid, the application is time barred in light of Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. For the aforesaid reasons, the contempt application is dismissed.
