HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIRINDER AGGARWAL Present:- None. **** VIRINDER AGGARWAL
, J . (Oral) As per the office report, appellant was being represented by Mr. B.S. Walia, Advocate, who was elevated to the Bench of this Court. Thereafter, notice was issued to Mr. O.P. Sharma, Advocate, who has returned the notice with the report that this case does not pertain to him. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant today also.
2. It seems that appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal. In such circumstances, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the appeal on the docket, indefinitely.
3. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellant to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today.
4. As a natural corollary, since the main case stands disposed of, all pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of, as no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping them pending.
