Petitioner has invoked inherent jurisdiction of this Court for quashment of FIR No. 0007/2021 for offences under Sections 323, 354, 504 and 506 IPC on the ground of compromise with the private respondents no. 2 and 3, at whose instance, the impugned FIR came to be registered. 3. Compromise deed forms part of the record. 4. Statements of the petitioner, the complainant-respondent no. 2 and victim- respondent no. 3 have been reduced into writing before Registrar Judicial of this Court. 5. The complainant-respondent no. 2 and victim-respondent no. 3 have stated that they have entered into compromise with the petitioner and have no objection if the impugned FIR is quashed. Since parties have amicably settled the dispute out of Court, the present petition is allowed and the impugned FIR is quashed. 6. Petition stands disposed of along with connected CrlM(s).
