Issue Notice. Learned SPP for CBI appears on advance Notice. 3. Learned Trial Court has already fixed the matter for clarification on 17.10.2025, whether the Chargesheet survive against the Company M/s KIPL. 4. In view of the aforesaid, present Application is premature and the same is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to file afresh, in case, any substantive Order is passed by the learned Trial Court.
