This matter has been listed under the heading ‘speaking to the minutes’ as it stands pointed out that there is a typographical error, which has crept in the judgment pronounced by the Court. The Court stands informed that erroneously para-7 has been typed in the judgment, which reads as under:- “Having heard learned Counsel for the parties and having perused the impugned order, this Court does not find any infirmity therein.” whereas the petition has actually been allowed. This fact has not been disputed by learned Counsel for the parties. Accordingly, it is ordered that para-7 of the judgment be deleted and after making necessary corrections, a fresh judgment be uploaded on the website of this Court.
