The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the Trial Court passed a bail order on 01.02.2025, due to the aforesaid onerous condition that the petitioner is still languishing in jail and submitted that the said condition may be set aside. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner gained a sum of Rs.10,000/- in the transaction. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is of the view that the condition 5(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.102/2025 dated 01.02.2025, directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- is onerous and therefore, set aside.
