Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T Case No. 546/2024, arising out of Bagodar P.S Case No. 130/2024, for the offence under sections 351(2), 103(1), 3(5) of B.N.S., pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Giridih. On 18.08.2024 at about 11:00 P.M., the accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the mother of the informant due to which she succumbed to her injuries. It was submitted that there was quarrel between the accused persons and the deceased and there is general allegation that the deceased was pushed due to which she fell and sustained injuries. Even assuming the allegation to be true a case of homicidal death not amounting to murder will be made out. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Giridih in connection with S.T Case No. 546/2024, arising out of Bagodar P.S Case No. 130/2024.
