The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 162 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 111(1), 111(4), 310(1), 310(4), 310(6), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. On 10.07.2025, Chandwa police on the basis of confidential information that some criminals have assembled at Chiro More Yatri Shed Chandwa, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner along with co-accused persons. It is alleged that a live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that chargesheet has been submitted in this case. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar, in connection with Chandwa P.S.
