The Court made the following: ORDER: The Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction in disposing of the suit O.S.No.4 of 2015 on the file of learned II Additional District Judge, Kurnool at Adoni. Heard Mr.V.S.K.Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. 2 Since the petitioner filed this civil revision petition for disposal of the suit 3. O.S.No.4 of 2015, hence no need to issue any notice to the respondents, as no prejudice would be caused to them. St Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the 1 4. respondent being plaintiff filed a suit O.S.No.4 of 2015 for partition of plaint schedule property against the revision petitioner herein and respondents 2 to 4.
