Heard Sri. V.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri. V.Shivareddy, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Perused the writ petition papers. 3. On hearing the learned counsels for the parties, I decline to entertain the writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, since the petitioner is a Government Servant holding Civil Post and for redressal of his grievance he is provided with alternative Forum established under the State Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (for short '1985 Act'). - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:3336 WP No. 28117 of 2024 4.
