Application under section 451 Cr.P.C./497 BNSS, dated 22.07.2024 filed by the petitioner in Case Crime No.206/2019, under Sections 420, 406, 409, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 201 IPC, P.S. Dadri, District Gautam Budh Nagar in time bound manner. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2019. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
