POCSO Case No. 16 of 2025 for the offences registered under section 65 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 3 / 4 of POCSO Act (cognizance has been taken under section 64(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 6 of POCSO Act), pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Lohardaga. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix on the promise of marriage. Later on, he refused to marry her. 4. It appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship for the last three years. 5. Mr. Binod Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Informant, has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Lohardaga in connection with Kairo P.S.
