Pass any other order/s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant in the circumstances of the case in so far as the petitioner is concerned. 2. The lis in the present matter has been considered by this Court, in detail, vide order dated 6.01.2025 in W.P. No.104397/2018. Same would be equally applicable to the present matter. 3. Hence, I pass the following: ORDER i. The Petition is allowed. ii. The petitioner is permitted to submit a representation in respect of his grievances accompanied by necessary documents, which shall be considered by respondent No.3 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of such representation. iii. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
