Ibohal, learned counsel for petitioner, submits that alleged contemnor does not commit any violation of direction of this Court in order dated 25.04.2025 and in the circumstances, prays that contempt petition may be closed preserving the rights of the petitioner to initiate contempt against any person who actually commit the contempt. [2] Ms. H. Malemleima, learned counsel for respondent, submits that contempt case may be closed as prayed for by learned counsel for petitioner.
