Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 358 of 2025 arising out of Barakagaon P.S. Case No. 120 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned District & Addl. Sessions Judge-IX, Hazaribag. 3. It is alleged that on 13.05.2025, the petitioner had assaulted his wife and after committing her murder, he threw her dead body in a well. 4. From the postmortem report, it appears that the deceased had sustained several antemortem injuries. It further appears that she was strangulated to death. 5.
