1. Applicants have filed first bail application in M.Cr.C. No. 5528/2025 and M.Cr.C. No. 5721/2025 and second bail application in M.Cr.C. No. 5698/2025 under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail, as they have been arrested in connection with Crime No. 696/2023 registered at Police Station – City Kotwali, District – Raigarh, Chhattisgarh for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 506, 342, 450, 395, 397, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.
2. On the objection being raised by the counsel for the Respondent/State that the witnessees to Test Identification Parade as also, the memorandum and seizure witnesses have not been examined before the learned Trial Court, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these applications at this stage with liberty to repeat the prayer after examination of the material witnesses.
3. In view of the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicants, these bail applications are dimisssed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
