Heard Mr. Saket Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Prafull N. Bharat, learned Advocate General, assisted by Mr. Shashank Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing for the State. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly direct the respondent authorities to conduct robust enquiry upon the complaints of the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 10.2. That, any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deemed just and fit in facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. Learned Advocate General has apprised this Court that appropriate action has already been initiated against respondent No. 5 in accordance with law. It has been submitted that, pursuant to the findings of the concerned authority, recovery proceedings have been initiated against 3 respondent No. 5. These proceedings have been formally commenced vide order dated 11.07.2025. 4. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 5. Prayer is allowed. 6.
