Case No.15 of 2023, corresponding to G.R Case No.871 of 2023, S.T. No.341 of 2023, for the offences under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Giridih. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 10134 of 2023 by order dated 07.02.2024. The wife of the petitioner namely Arjumand Bano went missing. It appears that after one year, petitioner was apprehended. He confessed his guilt and, on his confession, the dead body of the deceased was recovered from an under-construction house of the friend of petitioner. It appears that on the confession of the petitioner, dead body of his wife was recovered. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Saurabh uploaded
