(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for issuance of a direction to respondents No.2 & 3 to conduct fair investigation in case bearing FIR No.0001 dated 17.01.2025 under Sections 109/118(1)/115(2)/3(5)/351(2) of BNS registered at Police Station Block Majri, District SAS Nagar (Annexure P-1). The learned State counsel at the very outset, submits that nothing survives in the present petition as the grievance raised by the petitioner has been substantially redressed and all the accused have been arrested including respondents No.4 & 5 and the final report qua the remaining accused, shall be presented before the jurisdictional Court in due course of time. In view of the stand taken by the learned State counsel, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and thus, the same is disposed of accordingly.
