Case No. 86 of 2025 arising out of Bishnugarh P.S. Case No. 220 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 64(1) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Hazaribagh. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 2389 of 2025 by order dated 25.03.2025. 4. On 29.11.2024, at about 02:30 A.M., the petitioner forcibly entered into the house of the informant and raped her. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2024. It was further submitted that charge has been framed in this case on 02.07.2025. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
