No one appears on behalf of the revisionist to press this revision even in the revised list. Sri Ajay Kishore Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State is present. Perused the records. 3. Notice was issued to the opposite party no. 2 vide order dated 5.7.2023. Office vide its report dated 27.4.2024 reported that notice has been served through legal heir (father) on the opposite party no. 2 as per the report of C.J.M. concerned. Despite service no one appears on behalf of opposite party no. 2 even in the revised list. Service of notice is thus sufficient. 4. This revision has been filed by the revisionist with the prayer to allow the present revision and enhance the maintenance awarded by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Sambhal at Chandausi to the revisionist vide judgement and order dated 13.4.2023 in Case No. 115 of 2019, Smt. Varsha Sharma vs. Gaurav Sharma, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Baniyather, District Sambhal. 5. I have perused the impugned judgement and order dated 13.4.2023. From perusal of the same, it is clear that the court concerned has been meticulous in deciding the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and has considered each and every aspect of the matter including the evidence of Smt. Varsha Sharma who herself had appeared as P.W.-1. The court has not committed any irregularity or illegality while passing the order impugned which may call for indulgence of this Court under Sections Versus Counsel for Revisionist(s) : Firoz Haider Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Smt. Varsha Sharma .....Revisionist(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) 397/401 Cr.P.C. The present criminal revision is devoid of any merits and is thus, dismissed. 6.
