The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief(s):- “10.1 That this Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 24/02/2025, passed in criminal case no. 13/2024 by the Commissioner and Detention Officer, Durg, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 1 to release the petitioner from the jail, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also be granted in favor of the petitioner safeguarding their interest.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by efflux of time, the instant petition has become infructuous. 4.
