After death of his father, the tenant is neither paying rent nor has vacated the demise. His client made representation dated 01.03.2025 to respondent nos.2 and 3 to take action against respondent no.7. Mr. Ambrish Shukla, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, petitioner must find remedy from the Civil Court. Petitioner has to take steps to obtain eviction of respondent no.7 by due process of law. There is no writ remedy available to him at this stage.
