[2025:RJ-JP:5108-DB] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR D.B. Civil Misc. Restoration Application No. 1263/2024 In D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.548/2023 Norat Rana S/o Shri Heera Lal Rana, Aged About 33 Years, R/o Village Lank, Post Dodwadi, Tehsil Pipalu, Rajasthan. ----Petitioner Versus 1. Union Of India, Through Its Principal Secretary, Department Of Railways, Railways Board New Delhi. 2. Railway Protection Special Force Through Its Director General, New Delhi. 3. The Senior Commanding Officer, 12Th Bn, Railway Protection Special Force, Thakurili. ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Vikram Shishwal Advocate. For Respondent(s) : Mr. Ashish Kumar Advocate with Mr. Digvijay Singh Advocate. HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. MANINDRA MOHAN SHRIVASTAVA HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE UMA SHANKER VYAS Order 05/02/2025 Heard. Prayer for restoration has been made seeking recall of order dated 01.05.2024 on the submission that when later on after issuance of NOC, applicant applied for employment, he was not selected. Therefore, it is prayed that appeal may be allowed to be restored. Even, if we are inclined to condone the delay, we do not find any merit in the application. The decision to withdraw the petition was taken by the applicant which is reflected from order dated [2025:RJ-JP:5108-DB] (2 of 2) [WRES-1263/2024] 01.05.2024. The applicant sought for issuance of NOC that the impugned order should not come in his way in seeking employment elsewhere. This prayer was also allowed. The appeal was dismissed as not pressed without reserving any liberty. Therefore, no case is made out. The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
