The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs: “That this is an application for Patna High Court CR. WJC No.804 of 2023(2) dt.08-05-2025 2/2 issuance of an appropriate writ/writs directing the respondents to provide protection and security to the life and property of the petitioner by taking appropriate action against the private respondents and further private respondents may be restrained from interfering in the possession of the petitioner over his purchased land bearing Khata No.427, Khesra No.454 having an area of 10 decimal 600 sq.ft. situated in Mauza Madhubani, Ward No.9 within the Purnea Municipality and or to grant any other relief or reliefs for which petitioner is legally entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be satisfied if his grievances are considered by the Superintendent of Police, Purnea. 4. The petitioner is given liberty to approach the Superintendent of Police, Purnea with a representation and if the Superintendent of Police, Purnea finds sufficient grounds to interfere in the matter and provide protection to the petitioner, he shall act in accordance with law. 5.
