Case No. 204 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 127(2), 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Pakur. 3. On 21.09.2024, at about 07:00 P.M., the petitioners along with co- accused persons intercepted the brother of the informant namely, Mithu Sheikh and assaulted him, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons including the petitioner. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Manjarul Sk has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 5532 of 2025. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Pakur in connection with Pakur (Muffasil) P.S.
