State of U.P.) by order dated 09.01.2018. Subsequently the order passed by learned Single Judge was affirmed by the learned Division Bench of this Court in Special Appeal No. 101 of 2018 (Rajendra Prasad Vs. State of U.P.) by order dated 08.02.2018. Essentially this is a second writ petition on the same cause of action. The second writ petition on the same cause of action is not maintainable. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
