Aggrieved with the order dated 07.09.2022 passed in Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No. 11/2022 by learned Principal District Judge, Giridih whereby he has been pleased to stay the proceeding in view of order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court as interim order was passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) Nos. 17620-17621/2022.
2. It has been pointed out by the learned counsels for the O.P. No.1 and O.P. No.2-JUVNL jointly that now the said civil appeal has already been
disposed of as dismissed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
3. In that view of the matter, there is no stay further operating now and the learned court can proceed in the said miscellaneous appeal.

Mr. Sumir Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will take all the grounds in miscellaneous appeal which is pending before the learned Principal District Judge, Giridih.

In view of such submission, this petition is disposed of with liberty to both the sides to make out their case before the learned court where Miscellaneous Appeal No. 11/2022 is pending. Pending I.A, if any, stands disposed of.
