( 2025:JHHC:32267 ) IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI A.B.A. No.3193 of 2025 ------ Md. Ajmal Ansari @ Ajmal Ansari @ Md. Ajamal Ansari, aged about 33 years, son of Md. Asgar Ansari, Resident of Jhirkey Bastik, P.O.- Kathara, P.S.-Bokaro, District-Bokaro. … Petitioner Versus The State of Jharkhand … Opposite Party ------ CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR CHOUDHARY ------ For the Petitioner : Mrs. Jasvindar Mazumdar, Advocate For the State : Mr. Shweta Singh, Addl.P.P. For the Informant : Mr. Naresh PD Thakur, Advocate ------ Order No:-05 Dated:-17-10-2025 Heard the parties. This is the second journey of the petitioner with the prayer for anticipatory bail, earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was withdrawn vide order dated 06.03.2025 in A.B.A. No.3318 of 2024. It is jointly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the informant that the fresh ground is that a compromise has been entered into between the parties and in this respect, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the informant draws attention of this Court to the I.A. No.14081 of 2025 which is supported by the separate affidavits of the petitioner and the informant; wherein it has categorically been mentioned that during the pendency of the case, both the parties have entered into compromise and the victim does not want to proceed with the case, the dispute between the parties is purely a personal dispute and both the petitioner and the victim are major persons, hence, the informant has no objection if the petitioner is released on bail. The Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to cooperate with the trial of the case and undertakes not to annoy or disturb the informant or the witnesses of the case in any manner during the pendency of the case. Considering the submissions of the counsels and the fact as discussed above, I am of the opinion that it is a fit case where the above named petitioner be given the privileges of anticipatory bail. Hence, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of this order, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Ramgarh, in connection with Ramgarh (Mahila) P.S. Case No.02 of 2024 with the condition that the petitioner will cooperate with the investigation of the case and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when noticed by him and will furnish his mobile number and a copy of his Aadhar Card in the court below with the undertaking that he will not change his mobile number and will not annoy or disturb the informant or the witnesses of the case during the pendency of the case subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. Consequently, the I.A. No.14081 of 2025 is also disposed of accordingly. (Anil Kumar Choudhary, J.) 17/10/2025 Abhiraj/
