The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Complaint Case No. 752 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 47(a), 52(d) and Section 55 of the Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Saraikela. 3. It was submitted that 9 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the dickey of the motorcycle of the petitioner. It was further submitted that 936 liters of foreign liquor were recovered from an abandoned house on the pointing out of this petitioner. It was finally submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for about five months. 4. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saraikela in connection with Complaint Case No. 752 of 2025.
