Heard the parties.
2. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Peterwar P.S. Case No. 111/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 333, 109(1), 74, 351(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bermo at Tenughat.
3. On 19.07.2025, petitioner alongwith co-accused persons intercepted the informant and his family members and started abusing them. When they protested, co-accused Ranjit Yadav assaulted wife of the informant by rod causing her injuries. It is further alleged that petitioners caught hold the hair of the wife informant and dragged her.
4. It was submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties. It was further submitted that one Mantu Yadav from side of the petitioners succumbed to his injuries. It was also submitted that there is specific allegation of assault against co-accused Ranjit Yadav.

Learned counsel on behalf of the informant has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners and has submitted that there is specific allegation of assault against petitioner Diwakar Yadav and co-accused Ranjit Yadav.
6. Considering the fact that there is specific allegation against co- accused Ranjit Yadav, I am inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released
on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bermo at Tenughat in connection with Peterwar P.S. Case No. 111/2025.
