Thereafter, on 29.01.025, an application was filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time and the same was also rejected, and this Court also given liberty to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with the law. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a warrant has already been issued against the petitioner for non-compliance with the order, he seeks time for compliance. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent also submitted that in spite of the warrant being issued by the court, not made any application before this Court seeking - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:8095 CRL.RP No. 1337 of 2024 further time and not showing any interest in pursuing the matter. 4. Once, the prayer was already rejected and also did not comply with the order, the question of considering this revision does not arise.
