S RAVINDRANATH The Court made the following order: Sri Ch.Venkatesh, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner is not in touch with him and could not get instructions from him. When the matter is pending consideration, the petitioner shall invariably pursue the matter. Despite the same, it shows that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the matter. Since the matter is of the year 2003 and the petitioner is having no interest in prosecuting the matter, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution. 2. Accordingly, this Writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. If at all the petitioner feels that cause in this writ petition survives, he can move an appropriate application within two(02) months. There shall be no order as to costs.
