Sinha, A.P.P. --- 04 / 07.10.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 218 of 2024 arising out of Lower Bazar P.S. Case No. 332 of 2023 for the offences registered under section 364 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned A.J.C-XI, Ranchi. 3. On 06.10.2023, brother of the Informant Aftab Alam went missing. During the course of investigation, petitioner and co-accused persons were apprehended and, on their confession, dead body of the deceased was recovered. 4. It was submitted that the confession of the co-accused Aamir Ali was recorded prior to the confession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the co-accused Aamir Ali has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C-XI, Ranchi in connection with S.T.
