No. 113 of 2025 arising out of Piparwar P.S. Case No. 30 of 2008 corresponding to G.R. No. 427 of 2008 for the offences registered under section 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Chatra. 3. Petitioner and co-accused persons are alleged to have abducted the cousin of the Informant namely Sunil Singh. 4. It was submitted that Sunil Singh was later released by the accused persons. It was further submitted that there is no allegation of demand of ransom against the petitioner. 5. Mr. P.D. Agrawal, learned Special P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has remained absconding for a considerable period of time. 6. Report regarding the stage of the trial, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that charge has been framed in this case and out of six charge sheeted witnesses, one witness has been examined in this case. 7. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Chatra in connection with S.T. No. 113 of 2025 arising out of Piparwar P.S. Case No. 30 of 2008 corresponding to G.R. No. 427 of 2008. (Ambuj Nath, J) October 15, 2025 Ranjeet/
