Hon’ble Shri Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey Judgment On Board 20/01/2025 2 1) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is working as labour/worker/dailywager in the office of Co- operative Marketing Federation Limited, District Mungeli (C.G.) since 2010. Petitioner has fulfilled all necessary requirements for appointment on the post of permanent worker and Provident fund is being deducted from his salary since 2010, despite that, his employment has not been regularized. It is further submitted that petitioner has made representation before the respondent authorities but, till date, that representation has not been decided. Hence, it is prayed this petition may be disposed of directing respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation within specified period. 2) Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection with regard to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. However, they submit that appropriate authority to consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioners is respondents No.2 & 3. 3) Having considered the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to consider and decide the representation (Annexure- P/8) in accordance with law, filed by petitioner, within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt/submission of copy of this order. 4) Petitioner may also file fresh representation for redressal of their instant grievance within a period of 15 days from today along with the copy of this order. 5) Accordingly, instant petition stands disposed of.
