There is a call for abstaining from judicial work by the High Court Bar Association, Allahabad, therefore, advocates are not appearing. 2. The petitioner has claimed that he was initially appointed on 01.12.1988 as a clerk (Tax Collector) and later on he was regularized on 13.05.2011 and subsequently, retired on 28.02.2021. 3. The petitioner has approached this Court with prayer that his claim of provisional pension and other retiral dues be decided expeditiously. 4. The petitioner has approached this Court after about four years, however, considering the nature of prayer, this writ petition is disposed of with an opportunity to petitioner to file a detailed representation, mentioning the facts and position of law within three weeks before the concerned respondent. Thereafter, concerned respondent will decide the representation, expeditiously within a short period and in case, there is any legal impediment, the same shall be informed to petitioner.
