ORAL ORDER
In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following relief:
"Issue a certiorari to quash the order dated 08.08.2024 passed by the Civil Judge and JMFC, Sullia in Ct.Misc.No.24/2024 at Annexure-A on I.A.No.I to V in above named petitioner No.1 of this writ petition."
2. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of as withdrawn reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to file an appeal before the Sessions Court under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
3. Submission is placed on record.
4. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to file an appeal before the Sessions Court in accordance with law. If such an appeal is filed within a period of four [4] weeks from today, the petitioner would be entitled to the benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963.
5. Subject to the aforesaid liberty and leaving open all
contentions, the petition stands disposed of.
