The petitioner has filed this petition for issuance of appropriate writ and directing respondent No. 3 ie the Tahsildar, Udaipur, District Sarguja to decide the application dated 07.01.2022 for mutation within a period of 30 days in accordance with law. 3. This petition was filed way back on 07.09.2022 perhaps the mutation order would have been passed by the concerned Tahsildar, Udaipur, District- Sarguja. It seems that the Tahsildar, Udaipur, District- Sarguja would have the final order in respect of mutation, however, the order has not been passed then the concerned Tahsildar, Udaipur, District- Sarguja is directed to decide the application dated 07.01.2022 with a period of 30 days. 3 4.
