The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 196/2025 arising out of Kenduadih P.S. Case No. 128 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No. 486 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 111 & 112 of B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge- XVI, Dhanbad. 3. On 26.12.2024, the petitioner and co-accused persons were apprehended by Kenduadih Police from a place near Shimlabahal Bridge. Fire arms are alleged to have been recovered from possession of co- accused persons. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody for about eleven months. It was finally submitted that co- accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XVI, Dhanbad in connection with S.T.
