Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 95 of 2022 for the offences registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 386, 387 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar. 3. On 21.08.2022 in the midnight, five unknown persons came to the work site of the Informant and started damaging the machinery kept there. Occurrence had taken place to enforce the demand of rangdari. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused Vilash Kumar. It was finally submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar in connection with Chandwa P.S.
