There is a call for abstaining from judicial work by the High Court Bar Association, Allahabad, therefore, advocates are not appearing. 2. According to petitioner, he was initially appointed on 01.12.1988 on contract basis as a Pump Driver (Pump Chalak) and thereafter he was regularized on 13.06.2011 and subsequently, he was retired on 31.08.2023 and, therefore, he filed a representation to consider his prayer of provisional pension along with all retiral dues. 3. In the aforesaid circumstances, instead of deciding this matter on merit, an opportunity is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before the concerned respondent, stating all relevant facts and position of law within three weeks and thereafter the said application be decided by concerned respondent within a short period. In case, there is any legal impediment, the same shall be informed to petitioner. 4. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid observation and direction. Order Date :- 28.3.2025 P.
